I forgot to post this last night. Sorry.

Holiday Drabble # 5
Jared/Jensen RPS
Rated R
For [livejournal.com profile] jenadamson who wanted holiday-themed

“We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas…” Jared sang out his car window.

“Dear God, who gave you that last drink?” Jensen asked, trying to keep one hand on the steering wheel while using the other to pull Jared back into the car.

Jared turned to look at him and grinned. “You did.”

“Big mistake. I had no idea tequila made you think you could sing.”

“I’m providing Christmas carols for the neighborhood,” Jared said. He leaned back against his seat and took Jensen’s hand in his, pulling it down to his crotch.

Jensen rolled his eyes and moved his hand away. “Not tonight, honey.”

“It’s the holidays.”

Jensen arched an eyebrow. “So?”

“So you can’t deny me sex during the holidays. That’s just mean,” Jared replied.

Jensen wasn’t really opposed to drunken sex – hell, any sex – with Jared, but he needed to have some amusement after needing to drag Jared out of the bar while he sang loudly and off key.

Jared didn’t seem deterred though. He stretched his arm out and began tracing his fingers over the skin along Jensen’s neck and throat. When Jensen stopped for a light, Jared slid easily across the seat and replaced his fingers with his lips.

“Jay...I need to get us home.”

“Yeah, you do. Gonna fuck you so hard.”

“You can’t even walk.”

Jared kissed him quickly and said, “And you won’t be able to when I’m done.”

Jensen pushed him back to his side of the car when the light changed and said, “Promises, promises.”

Jared rested his hand on Jensen’s thigh and said, “We only have so much time to celebrate the holidays together before we head home.”

Jensen glanced at Jared and said, “Stop with the puppy dog routine. It’s not like I would say ‘no’ to a blow job. Jesus.” When Jared started to inch closer, Jensen placed his hand on Jared’s chest and said, “Not while I’m driving, k?”

Jared nodded. He shut his eyes, patted Jensen on the leg, and said, “Love you.”

Holiday Drabble # 6
Joan of Arcadia, Girardi siblings
PG
For [livejournal.com profile] rachel_wilder who wanted Girardi siblings debating Santa

“It’s just not possible,” Luke said, sitting down on the couch next to his sister and reaching for the remote. He set up the movie and paused it, turning to face his sister. "There is no way Santa Claus exists."

“Says the guy who insists we watch all these Santa-based movies every year,” Joan replied.

“That’s different. That’s a tradition that the three of us have,” Luke replied.

“Awww, Joan, our little brother loves us,” Kevin replied as he wheeled into the living room with a big bowl of popcorn on his lap. He threw a few kernels at Luke and said, “Feeling’s mutual, loser.”

Luke rolled his eyes and said, “I’m just explaining to Joan that there's no way Santa can be real.”

Kevin glanced at Joan and said, “Aren’t you a little old to still believe in Santa?”

“Aren’t you a little old to hide Playboys under your bed?” Joan countered. She reached over and took a huge handful of popcorn and shoved it in her mouth. She wasn’t sure what it was about being around her brothers that made her behave like a caveman, but she tended to throw all manners out the window in their presence. After she finished chewing, she added, “I just think it’s fun to think about. Santa's magical.”

“He's not real. It’s not possible,” Luke repeated with a sigh of frustration.

“Says you,” Joan said.

“Says science. First off, considering global warming and the way the ice caps are melting at such an alarming rate, surely someone would’ve stumbled upon a town filled with elves and Santa—“

“—duh, it’s hidden by an invisibility field,” Kevin interrupted.

Luke glared at him and continued, “Second, there is no way one man could make it around the world, even with time differences, in that small of a time frame. And third...”

“—third, you’ve thought way to much about this, dork,” Joan replied.

“I’m just…” Luke stopped when he noticed the looks on his brother and sister’s faces. There was no way he would win this argument, even if he was right. One of the prices he paid for being the youngest in a crazy family. He turned up the volume on the movie and said, “Let’s just watch the movie.”

"Good idea," Joan replied.

"Who says my little brother isn't smart?" Kevin added.

Luke rolled his eyes, but smiled. After all, part of their tradition was being picked on by his idiot siblings.

Originally, I was going to write a Supernatural, Sam/Dean story for [livejournal.com profile] undermistletoe. My prompt is Snow White and I figured I could try to work it into the storyline premise of Bedtime Stories. But I decided against that seeing as that in case this is still spoilery... )

So then I came up with a different idea based around the boys and the prompt, but I'm having trouble making it come out in a decent manner on the page.

So I'm thinking of maybe going with either Heroes or X-Men as the fandom. Maybe that will work a little easier...as I keep thinking, fairy tales was just done on Supernatural and it was done better than I can do it. Le sigh.

I really need to finish it though as I want to get it beta'd before my posting day of Monday. Must write. Must write. Must write.

Maybe I'll make it Peter/Nathan as really, my mechanism for coping from that episode on Monday night, is to want to write lots of Peter/Nathan living happily ever after.

**

Is Supernatural new tonight? I thought the Christmas episode was next week, but some people have been mentioning tonight? I'm recording some Christmas movie if it's a repeat, but I will cry buckets if I end up with a cheesy holiday movie (Oh, I admit it, I love them all) but no Sam and Dean.

**

Also with Supernatural: I know some of you have already responded and I have those saved/downloaded...but I'm working on a holiday project of sorts and was looking for which songs make you think of Sam and Dean's relationship?, whether it's wincesty or just brotherly.

**

Finally, anyone know how to set up an RSS feed livejournal account. [livejournal.com profile] iamtheenemy and I were discussing possibly setting up a del.icio.us account for [livejournal.com profile] polyfandomrecs since we tend to save our recs until we have a batch, but we know some people like instant access...so we thought that might cover the best of both worlds.

Writing is going terribly at this point. I hate when I'm perplexed by what to write for a challenge. I end up working myself up into a tizzy and it's supposed to be a challenge, not anxiety-inducing. Must write my undermistletoe fic! And yuletide! And Supernatural holidays fic!

**

I downloaded a client so that I could do crossposting to this account and journalfen along with livejournal, but the problem is...I tend to do a lot of updating while I'm at work and I can't download the client...so all my entries end up different because I'm far too lazy to copy/paste anything.

**

Anyone know how to set up RSS feed/livejournal account for your del.icio.us account? We decided to set one up for [insanejournal.com profile] polyfandomrecs for those that like recs as we add them rather than in the batches we tend to do. Any help is appreciated. I can't seem to figure it out on my own. I'm a tool.
