What can you do? People are either going to like or dislike her. I do agree with some though that she doesn't really have romantic chemistry with Dean. I see them much more as a big brother/little sister sort of thing.

And there has to be more to the story than we know, but really, I just can't see John Winchester, even early on in his hunting years, just not having a partner's back or doing everything he could to keep the man alive. I mean, it goes back to the marine in him and the never leave a man behind mentality.
