Ah, THAT sounds familiar. Ditto the 72 dpi, though notching it up to 300 is just fine. The other thing that's sweet is that while she's in photoshop, if she changes it to 72 dpi and the image goes from, say, 12 inches to 6 inches, she should be able to go into image size (while her dpi edit box is still open) and change it to, like, 20 inches, and it'll give her more resolution to muck around with. ....iiiif that makes sense.
