I'm a big ol' Ackles fangirl, so the lack of Sam didn't bother me, though don't get me wrong, I do love Sammy too. But presumably having the odd episode with only one of them will ease the pressure they're under from filming all the time.

The show is really good at casting sometimes - Mary and her family were just awesome.
