boys are back in town...
Happy Friday everyone! It's miserable here, pouring down rain, which makes everyone suddenly forget how to drive. I'll never understand why that happens. Rain is not a new thing in New Jersey.
I want to thank you all for the lovely words in the love meme of the last post. I was having a crappy day and that just brightened things up. If I was capable of displaying emotion, I might've cried. Thank you. I love you all a whole lot and I'm so glad to have you all in my life in this online world. Please know that if any of you ever need anything, I'm here.

So let's talk about our very pretty boys who pout and make bitch faces and just love each other as much as we love them.
Episode 3.9 - Malleus Maleficarum
Our boys are back! Yay! Honestly, this episode could be them donning hula skirts and watching paint dry and I'd find it fascinating and made of win. Because it's Sam and Dean and they love/respect each other so very much.
But really, did this episode have to be so gross? The teeth falling out and then the bugs in the food? This is the first time I've ever had to cover my face with a pillow to keep from being sick. Ew. ::Shudders::
I love how much Dean hates witches and bodily fluids. I love that Dean is freaking out and worried that Sam is becoming like him, but the look on his face when Sam says that he's going to be more like Dean...it's just heartbreaking and adorable all at once. Dean always has been and always will be Sam's hero and I don't think Dean really gets that.
Also, Sam just driving off with the gun because he couldn't lose his brother. He would do anything to save Dean and I really like that Dean gets to see that since we always see that Dean will do anything to save Sam (not that I didn't already think/know it to be a two-way street, but I don't think Dean really accepted it).
The demon was pretty cool. So who is this demon following that doesn't like Sam or think of him as her savior? Is it the same demon that actually holds Dean's contract?
Interesting take that Ruby was once human and became a demon from years in hell. And Dean's reaction to that information - the idea that one day he's going to become what he hunted...it will be interesting to see how that plays out for him. Though if Ruby was able to maintain her understanding of what it was like to be human, who knows? I do think it'll be interesting to see Ruby and Dean trying to prepare Sam to go on without him. And how will Sam react about things when he finds out that the hope he was putting saving Dean on - Ruby getting Dean out of the deal - isn't possible?
Gah.
Really, I love our boys. I just LOVE them. Writer's strike MUST END. Sure, I want the writer's to get what they deserve, but I'm thinking about me here. I can't go that long without Winchester boys.

So I have two ideas for challenge-type things running through my brain at the moment. I might post about them today to gauge interest. ONe is a writing challenge, but the other is something I think anyone could have fun with. So here's to hoping.
In the meantime, I shall try to catch up on friends list, wish my headache away, and do the pile of work I have waiting for me.
