I've got to get to where you are...
Apr. 16th, 2006 11:15 pmOne day left to my four-day weekend. It's been a lot of fun doing absolutely nothing. No stupid open houses. No demands on my time. Lovely stuff.
I've managed to get my sister hooked on the new Doctor Who. She's making me wait until she's gotten through season one so we can watch season two together. Oh the things one does for the little sister.

spncross - if you haven't claimed a prompt yet, get over there and claim one. The stories won't be due until July 1st. That's plenty of time to write a Supernatural crossover story. Note: I am very willing to reveal which requests are mine to ensure that they get written. Does that make me a bad mod? Hee.
-Fanmix Challenge - No writing required. Basically you sign up to read fic by someone in one of your fandoms and based off the fic and your reactions you create a playlist of music for the story. It sounds fun, but it needs some participants. So go sign up and pimp like mad.
-The Original Character Challenge - Multifandom, it's taking prompts thru Thursday!

I made it to back 360 and finally gave up on the friends list. I'll go through searching for fic when I have some more time, but if there is anything of importance, point me in the direction. Today most of my day was spent procrastinating on taxes and then finally forcing myself to do them. God bless Turbo Tax and refunds.
Now I just have to brave the post office tomorrow because of my state forms...for some reason it won't take mine for e-file like it does for federal. Dagnabbit.
The good - I'm getting a nice refund.
The bad - I have to go to the evil post office tomorrow.

medie, who even knows what show I'm talking about? Hee.
Also got caught up on House and Veronica Mars. On the latter, I will just say that I love the show and all the characters and seriously Dick is an ass but I love him so much.

On my list for tomorrow is to do all those drabble requests, get caught up on beta work, and do some recs for bothpolyfandomrecs and crack_van.
