tommygirl: (supernatural - dean (christmas))
Happy Feet was adorable, but the little bit and I had the screaming baby and mother who WOULDN'T LEAVE THE THEATER WITH SCREAMING BABY sitting right behind us. Ellen kept leaning into me and whispering, "This is not a good movie experience, Tommy." But we still loved the movie.

Then, my favorite moment was as we were leaving the theater, some father was saying to the mother, "This movie was made by liberals trying to force their beliefs down our kids' throats."

Uh...what?

It's a kid's movie, not part of the liberal agenda. Do liberals even have an agenda? We're not that organized.

And isn't it a good message for kids to think it's a *good* thing to be true to who they are and not hide from it? And to realize that every action a person makes has a consequence?

But really, I don't expect kids to go that deep. My little bit really loved the dancing and singing.

I have now gotten suckered into taking her to see that one about the kids unchaperoned at the airport on Christmas. She has me wrapped around her finger and when we get home, Jeff just laughs and says, "Hey, daddy likes his free time."

Jsquared story is still not done because I'm a lazy, terrible person who chose to catch up on Dexter instead of writing last night. And today was insane with my crazy mother demanding we decorate. Bah.

So now I must try to finish this thing tonight. It's going well, except um, the boys are not helping me get to the porn. It's like they're suddenly waiting until they have a committment ceremony on a beach or something.

Alrighty, I'm going to skim the friends list and then finish this story. Tommygirl vs. Jared & Jensen...who will win?

Ciao darlings!
