tommygirlIt's the last day of my work week and it's going so damn slowly. Why Lord? I'm currently getting a hold of Dexter season 1 so that I can get my sister properly hooked on the show. She saw the first two episodes, but then got so far behind she stopped. And that's not cool. It's such good stuff.
Speaking of Dexter, there is currently a Dexter Friending Meme going on.

Tuesday Ten (two days late):
1. What’s your favourite song right now? “Easy Silence” by the Dixie Chicks. I play it over and over and over.
2. What’s your favourite Xmas carol? “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” by Nsync – it’s so cheesy, I love…and you just picture Justin and JC sitting around so proud of themselves for writing a *brilliant* holiday song. “Hey C, man, what would be great with Merry Christmas?” Justin asks. JC runs his fingers along the piano and grins as lightbulb flashes in his head, “I know, man. Happy Holidays.” Justin grins, “That is so AWESOME.”
3. What’s your favourite Xmas memory? It was when I was ten years old. Because all my family was there and my dad was still healthy. The following year the family was all there, but it was like a death watch…but at ten, I could still think the world was very cool (plus that was the year my teacher had me for Advent Angel and she totally spoiled me…it was awesome!)
4. Do you still put up Xmas stockings out for Santa to fill? Yes, of course. I have a Stitch stocking and my sister has an Eeyore stocking.
5. Have you completed your Xmas duties (i.e present procurement, tree and home decorations, Xmas cards written and sent) as yet? ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahaahahahaha….I sent out my holiday cards but that’s about it.
6. Did you go to your Year 12 Formal/Senior Prom/end-of-school-shindig? Yes, it was stupid.
7. If so, what did you wear? My senior year, I was dating a junior…so I had to go to TWO proms. SO I had two different dresses. A blue one and a black one.
8. What TV/movie Year 12 Formal/Senior Prom/end-of-school-shindig do you wish you coulda gone to? She’s All That had choreographed dancing!
9. Have you seen the latest Bond movie? If not, do you think you will? Not yet, but I’ll probably see it while I’m on vacation.
10. Best movie you saw this year? I’m not sure there was a *best* this year . There were quite a few good movies, but none that I left thinking, “Wow, this was the best movie of the year” like I did last year with Brokeback Mountain.

polyfandomrecs - I can't speak for Steph, but I've got a bunch of recs sitting on my computer that i'm hoping to update with this weekend. For all your reccing needs. Okay, for *some* of your reccing needs, especially if you love SGA or SPN and the occasional small fandom.
-moviefanfiction - Just remember that once all your holiday challenges are done, if you've written any movie-based fic, you can post it here. Steph and I are trying to turn it into the one-stop shop archive for all movie fanfiction to make it easy for everyone to find.
