I'm so behind on everything! Personal craziness has overflowed into other craziness - and I just feel like I'm way behind. Eep.
So what does that mean I do?
1. What would you change your name to if it wasn't such a hassle to get all your paperwork redone?
It’s taken me a long time to get to the point where I liked my name, but now that’s just who I am – wouldn’t want another name.
2. What's a fandom you love that doesn't have nearly enough people in it?
Thunderbirds - and there is a great lacking of decent fic in the fandom.
3. Share a dorky story about yourself.
I went to see the Interactive 1776 musical for fun!
4. Where's one place you really want to visit before you die?
I must get to Australia.
5. Where would you live if money wasn't an issue?
I’d stay in the area, but move to Philadelphia.
6. How did you find this journal?
I discoved
zeplum through a friend of a friend’s page.
7. What's your favorite community on LJ?
When I have time, I love to read all the different fandom-related discussions that go on at
meta_fandom.
8. What was your favorite childhood toy?
My Kermit the Frog doll and my Leggos (kermit and I would use the leggos together, you see)
9. Name three shows you want to have on DVD right now. (Whether or not they're slated for release/have been released.)
Seaquest DSV, High Mountain Rangers, and Earth 2
10. Say something nice about:
-another LJ user (not me!)
dragonsinger is one of the best people in fandom that I know. She’s always giving of her time to run ficathons, she provides support and feedback to her fellow cohorts, and she’s never caught up in wank which is always nice.
-- Yourself
I’m pretty damn smart.
-- A famous figure
Thomas Jefferson wrote one of my two favorite documents ever with the Declaration of Independence. God, I love the succinct writing he used – makes my nerdy self swoon!
11. What's the biggest "OH MY GOD!" moment you've ever had from a movie, show, or book? (Warning: using "I am your father" might date you.)
The end of season two of Alias. That was just…never saw it coming, man, and I spent the entire summer counting down the days until we found out what happened.
12. What's something weird you enjoy that gets you odd looks from other people?
All my food issues tend to garner me weird looks.
13. When did you first get online?
1995
14. Name something you're really good at.
Making people laugh.
15. Name something you wish you were really good at.
forgiveness
