Monday mornings are never my favorite, especially when allergies are running amuck. Weekend was okay, not nearly long enough, though I can't recall doing anything aside from watching movies, television, and first season of NCIS.

I've still got to write my CW Kinks/Cliches story this week. It's been awhile since I've written the Jsquared and I'm in the mood for some. I mean, does one ever tire of Jensen and Jared making out? I don't think so. And those boys have made me much more brazen with the porn in my writing. I used to be a total tease with it, okay, still am to an extent, but not as much as I used to be.

Also need to write my SPN State story.

Needless to say there is writing to be done. And I'm not in the mood to do it.

Entourage continues to rock my socks, but I'm hardly impartial when it comes to this show. I love it so much. Really people, if you're not watching it, I just can't help you. Because it's that good and awesome and it has Ari and Vince and E and Drama and Turtle.

I haven't seen this week's 4400 yet, so I can't comment on that. But I can't wait to see how Tom, Diana, and the rest of NTAC prove their idiocy this week. Don't get me wrong. Love them dearly, but they have some serious intelligence issues when it comes to investigating. Like my six-year-old little bit could do a better job of running things.

The roommates and I also spent a whole lot of the weekend engrossed in the History Channel's Mega Disasters Marathon. I am now paranoid that one of the following will kill me dead some time soon: super volcano, east coast tsunami, east coast earth quake, or asteroid. These people on this show are the feel good types that everyone wants to be around. Must get them for parties.

"Hey Bob, what's up?"

::Sighs:: "Today I realized that the Yosemite Supervolcano tends to erupt in a 600,000 year cycle and guess what? We're on year 599,999. We're fucking doomed."

"Good to know. Look it's Mike. Better go greet him." ::runs off::

Did not stay up for the premiere of Justin's video on MTV at eleven pm last night. Have to admit that I'm oddly curious to see the video that goes with this song. The song has grown on me, like fungus, and I can't decide if Justin had a moment of brilliance when writing this song or lost his cotton-picking mind.

Based on interviews I've seen going around, I'm going with the latter.

This does remind me that I need to finish Trouble In My Head before I find myself hating the boy and unable to write anything happy for him. And that would make Steph mad. And she would hurt me. And that would be sad for me.

In other news I'm having these ongoing dreams lately where I'm an incredible angerball. Even beyond incredible angerball. Like so irrationally angry that in my dream, I'm telling myself, "Dude, what the fuck are you doing? That's a bit of an overreaction to someone borrowing your pen without asking."

I do think it has a bit to do with my roommate situation because I'm so not the type to get pissed off about stupid stuff. I'm much more laid back about things...well, apparently not in my dreams where I start these huge ass fights with people over a freaking pen. How weird?

God, I'm boring. I think I need to do some writing to do some writing because at least characters are interesting.

So I'll end this with some pimpage:

-On the Road, a Supernatural Gen Zine is seeking submissions.

-[livejournal.com profile] moviefanfiction is open for all those who enjoy movie fanfiction. So check it out. There needs to be more good movie fic to keep me from crying over at fanfiction.net. And it's all about me, people.

-Swashbuckle-a-thon is open for fandom nominations currently and sign-ups begin on August 3rd. C'mon...who doesn't want to see Sam & Dean as pirates?

-The Norrington Ficathon is being run by [livejournal.com profile] sarkastic, with sign-ups until July 30th. Pretty Norrington needs some love. So go sign up.

So now I shall go do some work and wish away the rest of this work day.

Ciao.

So I just joined moviefanfiction (and how did this not exist before?), and had a question of netiquette. I have a handful of filmfic from various fandoms to (re)post in the comm, Am I better off spacing it out, or doing several at a time? I'm never sure what the rules for this sort of thing might be.

So long as you cut tag, I'm fine with you posting them all at once if you prefer. I'm pretty easy going. Probably not that helpful of an answer, but whatever you prefer is cool with me.

I can't wait to see the fic. And yes, I was all in the mood last week for some good movie fanfiction...and then had no idea where to look. It was a sad moment.

I have to write my CW story too. Ugh! And you have such good prompts! coming without being touched? telepathy? phone sex? OMG, you're so lucky! I got sex in a car, sex in front of a mirror, amnesia, pretend to be boyfriends and truth or dare. I don't find any of those particularly sexy and I've already done the car sex for the highwaymiles challenge. :(
