life goes on around me...
Mar. 13th, 2007 12:43 pmSo how sad is it that in three days my sister and I managed to make it through eighteen episodes of Prison Break season two? We could've finished the last one, but with it being a repeat this week, we don't want it to end on some cliffhanger and then have to wait for a new episode. We've gotten accustomed to just going onto the next one.
And really, their tendency to end on a cliffhanger type note is why we got through so many.
Me - This really is the last one.
Susie - Yeah, I have shit to do.
Me - Me too.
(end of episode comes...we look at each other...)
Me - One more wouldn't hurt.
Susie - Exactly.
Practically caught up. Loving it a whole lot.
However because we were watching last night as well, I have not seen this week's Black Donnellys yet.

New Supernatural this week! Yay! I love my show! I love Dean and Sam! I'm both excited and saddened for the end of the season. Excited because I'm sure there is good stuff coming (no spoilers please), but I can't last three months without new episodes. That's wrong and evil and WRONG. There should be new Sam and Dean on my television all the time.
Speaking of Supernatural, I love y'all like crazy, but this fandom is way too productive and prolific. I'm already behind on my reading and every time I make a dent there are about a billion new stories that intrigue me. What's a girl to do? And does anyone know of some sort of grant where I can apply for money to sit and read fanfiction all day?

I'm very excited about
winchestercon in the fall. It's the first con for both me and Steph, and I'm looking forward to it. I'm also looking forward to then staying a few extra days in Los Angeles to catch up with some of my friends that I haven't seen in awhile. I used to get out to LA at least once a year and vice versa, but with work, rent, car payments, and such, I just haven't been able to swing it. Damn adulthood.

I'm completely losing my mind lately. I keep misplacing things or forgetting things and it's boggling my mind. I will put it out the night before, pick it up in the morning like "yes, need that" and then leave it when I leave. Take this morning for example: I pack my gym bag the night before as I leave at 6am to get in my workout before work...but I never pack my lunch ahead of time...so I'm hurrying to pack my lunch. I take out a container of soup, put it on the table NEXT to my lunch bag and leave it there. I didn't realize this until I got to work. Fun times. SO now I have to buy lunch because I'm a moron.
Honestly, I thought exercise and energy made your brain work better.
Ciao darlings!
