Is it just me or have the episodes of The Daily Show and Colbert Report been especially funny this week? I mean, I always love both shows, but this week they are just the maddest comedy. (Though the remake of the You Tube video with Daily Show staff might have scarred me a bit.)

Aside from those and my soaps, I'm behind on my tv viewing this week. Haven't seen the last two episodes of Eureka and am behind on the this past week's Burn Notice, Flight of the Conchords, and 4400.

Anyone know when the new season of Weeds starts? I love that show. Sometimes it's so inappropriate, but it's awesome.

My life is so incredibly busy and lame right now. Such a fun combo. Can it be the end of August yet? That's my birthday and I have fun things planned!

The recent downtime from Livejournal (along with the ongoing battles with the TOS stuff) have me thinking it would be good to reiterate where y'all can find me. I tried to friend most of you that I could figure out on my own over at greatest journal and insane journal (alas, I have no way to set up a journal fen account Thanks to arby_m, I now have journalfen!).

- My Greatest Journal - Dastardlyspoon - I've had this account since GJ first came along, but only recently started using it. I mostly only utilize this one when LJ is down.

- My Insane Journal - Tommygirl - This one I've been using more often. I plan to slowly move more of my fiction over there for archiving...and I also use for muse stuff as well. I like IJ much better than GJ overall and one day when I have a few bucks to spare I'm gonna buy the permanent account.

- My Vox - Tommygirl - This one I've been using regularly since I set it up. I tend to do the QoTD and use it to track books I'm reading. It's much more personal than anything fannish.

so much writing, so little energy...

I am trying to accomplish some writing this afternoon. It's not going to well, aside from Party TARDIS stuff that is just for me and larah33's eyes at the moment. (Speaking of, Lara, do you think we should create a back-up of that over here?)

I really need to get to work on my Multiverse story, which is do in four days and finish up my Apocalyptothon piece as well. I feel bad about apocalyptothon at the moment because last year I worked my ass off on a good story (and I do think it's a good one) and I never got one in return. So while I try not to let it affect me, it sometimes does. Le sigh.

Also working on outstanding drabble, first kiss ficlets, five things, and abc pieces that still need to be finished. I have them all written down and I slowly cross them off as I go...so maybe two years from now I'll be caught up.
