I was actually productive today! Alas, not involving anything fannish aside from finally watching the finale of season two of Prison Break

I love that Kellerman stepped up and did the right thing, getting Sara and Lincoln exonerated, even though he knew he would die. I loved him as the police vehicle was stopped. He just smiled because he had done what he could to fix things. I kinda grew to love him.

So I had a feeling that Michael would have a trick or two up his sleeve when it came time to get his brother back. I like that because of the Company people showing up, Michael and Lincoln were able to get away.

And then evil FBI dude got his when they found all the drugs on the boat. Good stuff.

But it can never be that simple with this show.

And now it will be all about getting Michael out of the Panama prison. I'm guessing he'll join forces with evil FBI dude and Bellick since they're both in the same place.

It'll be interesting to see where they take this. Poor Michael. I love him.

On the productive side today, I managed to get my room cleaned. It was a bloody mess and I still have way too many things, mostly books and dvds, that I need to somehow get organized. That's been one of my main projects recently - trying to get organized - and right now I'm making headway, but it really doesn't look like it yet.

I do have two new bags full of clothes and shoes for Good Will though. I'm sure I'll have a bag or so for the library too once I get through all my books.

Have any of you been able to find the Supernatural comic, Origins # 1 for ordering online? The two online comic shops I tend to use only have # 2 for pre-order. I guess I can actually make a trip to an actual comic book shop, but I'm a lazy girl.

Finally, [livejournal.com profile] remix_redux authors were revealed today. I can now say that I wrote The Halfway Girl (The Uncle Oscar Is at It Again Remix). It's Arrested Development, a new fandom for me to undertake, especially considering my serious love of the series. I'll post more about the experience later, but for now, I must say, that I'm actually quite proud of the final product and so glad that [livejournal.com profile] zarahemla enjoyed it.

And now I can properly thank [livejournal.com profile] dontyouwaitup for her remix of It's In Those Moments, it's in those moments (the "my kind of girl" remix). It's a great Supernatural story all on it's own without even reading mine. It takes the small idea of Sam's favorite memories of his family and turns it into this completely wonderful piece. Great stuff.

As always, mad props to [livejournal.com profile] musesfool and her helpers for putting together another fabulous year of Remix. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into it and I totally appreciate the end product we all see.

I loved Kellerman in the finale, especially after his testimony when he told Sara, very sincerely, that it was nice knowing her. Classy. And in the van with "what took you so long?" Yeah, he was awesome.

I liked that too, how he was ready for his death. He had the best character journey this season, from following orders to wanting to get revenge to trying to do the right thing.

Supernatural Orgins #1

Thanks so much! I was starting to worry I'd end up having to go on ebay for a copy.

FIRST OF ALL: Kellerman is engaged to Paris Geller??? Like, most unlikely pairing, ever :o) ??

Also, we didn't see Kellerman post-mortem, so I wouldn't be shocked to death if they brough him back at some point. I also wouldn't complain!

I just saw the finale last night, and I really don't know what to think of that last scene. I kind of miss season one a bit.

Also, Mahone isn't evil!!

I read that somewhere about them too and just what an odd match. But now I think that would be an interesting crossover. Hee.

and that's true, especially with this show. Who knows if Kellerman is really dead?

And it's true, Mahone isn't evil. But I dislike him a whole lot, so I allow myself these things.
