Blah. Vacation is officially over and it will be time to return to work tomorrow. Le sigh. I can't really complain too much. Over a week away from the place and any longer and my in-bind would probably be impossible to deal with.

Los Angeles was wonderful and relaxing and I loved every minute except delay hell in LAX. And even that wasn't too bad because I just chatted with other passengers.

The plane ride back we got to watch License to Wed and then a few tv shows, including the pilot to Ugly Betty, which always makes me happy. License to Wed was okay. I expected it to be horrible, so I went in with very low expectations except that JK is adorable.

Episode 3.3

I love how protective Dean is of Sam, how he's worried that he'll be Sam's weakness and end up getting him into trouble. I love that Sam gets annoyed (because Dean would so be doing the same thing if the roles were reversed) and pissy about it. They love each other so much and it comes across even when they're bickering, especially when they're bickering.

Dean keeps John's phone charged. And once again, John has all these things that he never told the boys about, adding to my belief that for a long time, he held out that one day they would be able to walk away from the whole hunting world. He wanted to eventual give them normal and tried to keep a lot of the stuff away from Sam and Dean. I love that he had Sam's trophey and Dean's first shotgun. He had moments of being the dad who wanted mementos.

I love the moments of lightness in this show. The boys have so much fun with it and it always makes me happy. I cracked up when the boys kept banging into one another all over the place when they arrived at the thieves' place. And then how it completely changed when they had the rabbit's foot.

But best part of the entire episode is Sam with his shoe and then Dean just looking at him and rolling his eyes. You know this is a total flashback for Dean to when Sam was younger. I just picture Sam getting into all sorts of things out of curiousity and Dean just having to roll his eyes and take care of him.

Bobby continues to rock.

So not only do we have to deal with Gordon's insanity, but now we have a lunatic hunter who thinks he's on a mission from God? Well, isn't that great.

Bella is okay. I'm neither impressed nor annoyed by her. Her presence worked for this storyline, but I don't want her just inserted for no reason - that would annoy me. But really, she shot Sam. She better be careful doing stuff like that if she doesn't want to suffer Dean's wrath.

Overall, this episode made me laugh. And I like those episodes because most of them just make me ache in pain. I seriously love these boys a whole lot.

Slowly getting caught up on everything else on my DVR from while I was away. Bionic Woman continues to be so damn dumb, but I love Katee, so I'm sticking it out for the time being. I just...something is off with this show and I can't put my finger on it. Normally, I love strong women who kick ass. And maybe that's it. Maybe she's only strong in the physical sense, not the mental. If the show were about Sarah, I'd be loving every second of it. Her story is much more interesting to me.

Brothers & sisters continues to be wonderful. I love that Scotty is back and he's gotten his life in order. I love that he and Kevin are going to try friends, though I'm not sure how that will work out. I adore Justin and his relationship with his mother and Rebecca, who is trying so hard to belong in a crazy family. And poor Tommy. I feel so bad for him, but I'm glad he had his uncle to talk to about things. I hope Tommy and Julia work it out though. I really like Julia and I don't want Tommy having an affair with the secretary - that's so cliche.

If you're interested, I'm doing a drabble meme in the previous entry for the first fifteen people! So comment if you want one.

Now I must get back to matching up the Sports Night participants.

I really love the idea of Dean having to follow Sam around as Sam's inquisitiveness got him into all kinds of scrapes. I could see Dean being outwardly irritated, and probably inwardly, too, lol, but deep down being glad Sam had that yearning for knowledge outside their given track.

Yeah, Bella (I was spelling it Bela after the Bela Lugosi reference :D) is not high on my awesome list, but she's not low on the suck list either. I do like her better than Ruby, I suppose, so I guess we'll see.

It kinda surprises me but I like Ruby better. Who would have thought that? I mean, she has a legitimate reason to follow Sam around but if Bela keeps popping up for no reason at all... that would annoy me muchly X(

The "I lost my shoe" moment was beautiful and I SO wanted to give Sam a hug.

My other favorite moment was Dean's whole "I'm Batman" thing and Sam's perfectly delivered deadpan "Yeah, you're Batman" comeback.

The comedy eps of SPN are always really freaking awesome.

As for Bella, I liked her intro, she's kind of an opportunist with the whole selling the rabbit's foot thing and now that the Winchesters lost her some money, I could see her popping up to get revenge.

Oh! And my other favorite line was the one from crazy!Jesusloving!Hunterman when he said "Don't play with my Jesus"
