Tuesdays are my least favorite...

tommygirlI'm following the Writer's Strike blog on Twitter and they linked to this article, Hollywood producers state case in full-page ads in trade papers. Yeah, I have no sympathy for Hollywood producers. Cry me a river.
My family has decided that I'm crazy and just don't understand the strike when I told them that I didn't want any dvds for Christmas unless the strike was over and that I wouldn't be buying any either. I'm also not going to any movies, which will be so hard since there are movies I want to see, but I feel like I need to do something to show my support to other writers. And really, this is all the power I have. At least, my sister is going along with me, but the rest of my family just keeps saying, "But it's about the internet." Le sigh.

I picked up a bagel and a Diet Coke magnum 44 oz from Wawa this morning. And I will never understand who thinks a pound of butter is necessary on one bagel. It's disgusting. I can't imagine that even the most avid butter lover wants more butter than bagel.
And this is my morning so far.

So let's focus on happy making. ANd that would be NBC monday night television, while we still have it.
Marshall from Alias as the evil villian!!! That is awesome!
I love Chuck and Lou. They're adorable together already. Rachel Bilson has great chemistry with the nerdy boys. And I liked her freaking out about her phone and that her happy place was sandwiches.
Ellie/Devon is MY FAVORITE THING. seriously, y'all, where is the fic hiding because I love them. They are so cute.
My second favorite thing is Chuck's relationship with Ellie. I'm a sucker for the sibling relationship and I love that he saved his sister rather than himself. And I love even more that if she was aware of what's going on, you know she wouldn't have let him do it.
I figured Sarah was lying to Chuck and it will be interesting to see how that plays out as Chuck moves closer to Lou. Because it's obvious that Sarah at least likes Chuck more than she probably should.
Casey continues to be made of awesome (to steal Devon's favorite word), especially when he was talking to Harry at the end.
I love this show. I really hope it comes back after the writer's strike because it's just...it's always fun and wonderful and it has so many possibilities.

So I really need someone that is not me to write the Ellie/Devon fic. Anything. I needs the precious.
Episode 2.7 - Fours Months Ago
I'm not sure that I like that Peter's memory can come back just by him healing it. Does that mean that whatever the Haitian does could possibly be fixed in others if it was understood better?
Adam is so very hot. As is buff Peter. They should make out. Frankly, Adam should make out with everyone. He is just that HOT.
I love that when Peter is told to think of the most important thing in his life, he pulls out the picture of him and Nathan. And that Nathan has no plans to let Peter go through the explosion without him, but Peter gets free and then saves Nathan.
Elle is all kinds of crazy and I love it. I love KB playing the sociopath. It's much fun. And she's really hot and should make out with everyone too.
I love that we don't know what's up with anyone's motives really. Is Adam really trying to save the world? What are Bob and the Company up to?
Still don't care about Maya and her brother. I can't believe he turned her into the police. What a dick. It's one thing to show and try to convince your sister, your TWIN, to turn herself in, but to bring the police? Wow. You're an ass and I hope Sylar kills you. I'm holding out hope that Maya's ability is somehow related to the virus, otherwise, they are just a waste of screentime that I don't care about.
Speaking of not caring...Niki's latest personality. D.L. died in such a stupid way. I hate that.
I did enjoy the gratituous Peter runs shirtless around the docks scene. I wonder if Milo was like, "Really? Shirtless? What am I, a piece of meat?"
Questions though:
Where the hell did Adam get the passport and tickets from? Are we to assume that the "Adam Worshippers" helped him out?
Why would the Haitian wipe Peter's memory for him to start over, but leave him with a box of belongings? That just seems ridiculous.
Overall, not too bad. The last two episodes have definitely gotten back on track. Too bad the first five of the season were not very good and were pretty much a waste.
Next week, we better get a Peter & Nathan reunion! I cannot take much more of my Petrelli brothers separated.

I'm going to attempt to do some more Mix & Match drabbles today. I had planned to do more last night but got distracted by the rest of the awesome Jared & Jensen vids from the con. I love those boys. I love the relationship they seem to have - joking and affectionate. They are just so damn adorable and they just make me happy.
