I'm following the Writer's Strike blog on Twitter and they linked to this article, Hollywood producers state case in full-page ads in trade papers. Yeah, I have no sympathy for Hollywood producers. Cry me a river.

My family has decided that I'm crazy and just don't understand the strike when I told them that I didn't want any dvds for Christmas unless the strike was over and that I wouldn't be buying any either. I'm also not going to any movies, which will be so hard since there are movies I want to see, but I feel like I need to do something to show my support to other writers. And really, this is all the power I have. At least, my sister is going along with me, but the rest of my family just keeps saying, "But it's about the internet." Le sigh.

I picked up a bagel and a Diet Coke magnum 44 oz from Wawa this morning. And I will never understand who thinks a pound of butter is necessary on one bagel. It's disgusting. I can't imagine that even the most avid butter lover wants more butter than bagel.

And this is my morning so far.

So let's focus on happy making. ANd that would be NBC monday night television, while we still have it.

Let's begin with Chuck...SPOILERS...including spoiler for next week's preview at the very end... )

So I really need someone that is not me to write the Ellie/Devon fic. Anything. I needs the precious.

Heroes spoilers for last night... )

I'm going to attempt to do some more Mix & Match drabbles today. I had planned to do more last night but got distracted by the rest of the awesome Jared & Jensen vids from the con. I love those boys. I love the relationship they seem to have - joking and affectionate. They are just so damn adorable and they just make me happy.

So last year with the Lost death, I ended up getting spoiled by evil Good Morning America the next morning - because I had class and didn't have time to watch.

This year, knowing that "a character will be lost to us forever", I made damn sure to watch it right away on the Tivo. I hate being spoiled for things. Hate it.

Let's talk about last night's episode...MANY spoilers. )

To warn, people may put spoilers in the comments, so read at your own disgression for the time being.

Just in case someone thinks of this as a spoiler, I shall cut away... )

Lost last night was just...wow. I'm not happy about the new timeslot opposite Veronica Mars, but I'm fortunate that there is more than one television in my apartment (more than one tivo too because of ILLNESS and ADDICTION to television that me and my sister have).

Many spoilers and hypothesis on my part based off last night's episode...you were warned...read at your own risk... )

I haven't watched the new season of house yet or this week's Gilmore Girls, so I can't comment on those. But I love Arrested Development - it's so horribly dysfunctional and wonderful and it had "STEVE HOLT" ::raises arms above her head::

Kitchen Confidential pretty much has a dream cast for me (Will! Xander! Harold! And is that Sam Weir all tall and with a deeper voice?!) and I did enjoy it, but it wasn't as funny as it could've been at parts. Though I did love the beginning something awful - cracked me up. I will probably watch this over the How I Met Your Mother show because while I love NPH and Allison Hannigan, I don't really like the lead guy. And I tended to only think the NPH parts were funny - so...maybe during repeats if I'm bored.

reunion has an interesting premise and I'll stick around a bit longer just to find out which one of them dies. As I've only seen the pilot, I don't know if it will retain my interest or not, but I'll give it another week at least.

Meanwhile, while I love David Boreanez, especially shirtless and ripped, Bones does nothing for me. I gave it two episodes, but it's just not my thing and definitely not worth waiting on GG for. The lead girl annoys me beyond belief and if she says "I don't know what you mean" one more time to a pop culture reference, I will kill her!

Do love Supernatural much more than I expected and I think it has to do with my weird obsession with sibling relationships. It doesn't hurt that they remind me of how I imagine Chris and Wyatt on Charmed to be when they grow up. Dean and Sam have a great dynamic between them and I just...it's more about their relationship than anything else for me.

I'm sure I'm missing some other television in the mix, but yeah...I really wish all my favorite shows weren't on at the same time.

Wednesday - Lost vs. Veronica Mars
Thursday - Alias vs. Smallville vs. O.C. (they're trying to kill me, I know it!)

Now, I shall go read the friends list and see what others thought of last night's Lost.
