I'm a tad bit addicted to tv

Before I begin my television chat, I just wanted to state that I set my journal to Adult Concepts. I'm sorry if this causes any problems, but I decided it was the easiest way to go about things. If there is an easier way to go about things, let me know.

I meant to do this yesterday, but time got a way from me. Lots of errands and things I'd been avoiding - laundry, as always - but I did manage to get caught up on Dirty Sexy Money in time for the new episode tonight.



Brian is his brother! I figured as much, but it makes me happy. Because I adore Brian and Nick's relationship with him has always amused me.

I almost felt bad for Dutch. That scene with him and Nick was so sad and the fact that Nick blames himself is upsetting. But I love that he gives Brian the watch.

And then Brian with Gustav? ::cries:: This show isn't supposed to make me weepy, dammit.

Don't really feel bad for Mama Darling - she made her own bed and has to deal with the consequences of decisions she made.

Simon is hot! And he's hooking up with Karen which is also hot.

Jeremy is just...always amusing. I love him pretending to be poor by buying a studio and hire a set designer to make it look that way. And then saying he's a starving artist. To an extent I understand not wanting someone to immediately judge you as a Darling, but he's gone way beyond anything that this girl would ever be able to forgive. Where's Juliet to kick some sense into her twin?

I love this show.

But Monday night recaps are a day late...



Sarah was being a raving bitch throughout most of the episode, which made it really hard to care about her plight. She was the one who kissed Chuck and I get that it has her confused, but no reason to take that out on Chuck. Fortunately, she was back to normal by the end and she still believed Chuck about the boxes.

Morgan and Anna are adorable!

Buy More *holiday* party amused me. Almost as much as Chuck's dancing.

Poor Casey's car.

I love that despite orders Casey shows up at the docks to protect Chuck. And I think that's part of the whole orders issue for him that's going to arise when he's supposed to kill Chuck. Because I'm interested to see how that plays out - if all his giving Sarah a hard time for getting attached and then he can't hurt Chuck because he likes him.

Something must happen to the new intersect though because otherwise the point of the show is gone...

I love this show. It's made of win! Give the writers what they deserve and that way I get more of my show!

You're on my list. If Nathan is really dead and yet you resurrected Maya, I will disown this show. I didn't even do that through the first couple of episodes, but this would drive me over the edge.

Mama Petrelli really has balls. I love and fear her a whole lot. Telling Matt to be ready to kill Peter, being okay with Nathan getting shot. Still want to know what her power is beyond soulessness.

How awesome is it that it's Nathan that gets Peter to see the truth about Adam. Because while Peter thinks Hiro and Matt are okay, he doesn't trust them about this, but when Nathan approaches him and says that Adam is using him, Peter realizes it's true. I always knew that Peter was Nathan's conscience, but I love that it works both ways for them.

And finally a small reunion! And touching! And love declarations.

Sylar and Mohinder...I just love their relationship. The actors play off each other so well and their scenes are simply perfect.

Oh silly Maya. I'm glad Sylar shot you. Too bad he let them bring you back.

I'm glad Elle didn't die. And I almost feel bad for her craziness because her dad is completely evil. And how she immediately berates herself for Sylar getting away, but Mohinder thanks her and she seems pleasantly surprised.

Are we finally free of West? THANK GOD! Claire is meant for much greater things than that dooface. And I loved that Claire was willing to step up and *do* something. She really is a Petrelli.

Hiro is adorable. Especially when he sees Nathan. I love that! And really, don't screw with Hiro or he'll stick you in a casket and bury your ass.

And Nathan is NOT dead. Nope. Not at all.

I'm off to attempt to catch up on friends list as I haven't checked it since Monday after Heroes. Hopefully, it won't involve skip=one billion or anything.

But, yes, Casey totally will not be able to kill Chuck. Maybe he will sabotage the new intersect so he doesn't have to!

As for Heroes...

I think Mama Petrelli has some kind of persuasive power. Remember in Four Months Ago when she touched Heidi's arm and was telling her all the bad stuff about Nathan?

The Sylar & Mohinder stuff was good. And I actually had a smidge of respect for Maya for (a) realizing immediately (though WAY too late) that Sylar was a bad guy and (b) trying to protect Molly. Not that I was pleased to see her resusitated though.

I love Elle and I am so so so glad she didn't die.

And OMG Hiro is badass.

I think it's possible that Nathan will end up not dying -- because, as timjr pointed out to me this AM -- the news report that Mama Petrelli was listening to said that Nathan was shot, not that he was killed.

DSM is just so adorable. I love Jeremy, he's just such a sweetie that I can't find it in me to not be amused by his actions. Momma-Darling I'm not feeling the sympathy for either. Brian and Nick's relationship is mucho hilarious. I felt so bad for Brian and his son, that was such a sweet scene.

Sarah has been completely wanktacular these past couple episodes, this past one in particular. I can't help but feel the hate her, mainly because she's all being bitchalicious to Chuck. Casey and his car. *sighs* Is there nothing Adam Baldwin can do to make me not love his insane characters? He constantly gives Sarah shit about caring too much for Chuck, but there's no way that he'll be able to shoot our favorite Nerd Herd member. Morgan and Anna make me giggle, they're completely cute together.

Nathan can't be dead. There are like a billion people on that show that have Cure-All-Blood: Yes Even Death! I also pointed out that the "killed" Nathan and yet brought back the annoying Taco Twin. Blah. Sylar and Mohinder are crackalicious, I loved their scenes. Although, this spells doom for my happy M3 Family. :(

Mamma Petrelli is one scary lady. I feel bad for Elle (even if she did kill the hotterless annoying Irish sibling)

I love Nathan and Peter's relationship so much. It makes me much too happy.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The whole "New intersect, Chuck must die" concept is an interesting storyline, but it's not first season material to me. That should happen like two more seasons down the road or something. Cause you can't have Chuck in fear for his life/Casey debating whether or not to kill him for seasons on end...

Also, I'll have to read that Ellie/Awesome fic later on. They're so cute.


HEROES:

Am I the only one who thought the Heroes "finale" was kind of lame? I didn't really care about most of the people or anything that was going on. Aside from the fact that I am happy that Elle didn't die (cause she is teh awesome) and that Peter came to his senses, though I am NOT HAPPY about the Nathan thing, but hopefully Peter will be more astute on this one and realize he should try bleeding on Nathan since he's been around Claire and Adam for a fairly substantial amount of time and he probably has magical healing blood too.

I was kinda bummed about Niki's death(?) too, mostly for Micah's sake. Why oh whyyyyyyyy couldn't they have just let Maya die? x_x
