i'm lost under a pile of work

Am up to my eyeballs in work at the moment. The end of the fiscal year is fast approaching and everything for the state has to be handled ASAP, which leaves me with these huge projects and no time to do them. Sometimes my job is not so much fun.

Have much writing to do and possess no time. Am not happy about that. Procrastination is no one's friend, especially mine, or so I'm learning. Will be spending most of this evening attempting to get some writing done. Will not bring home work again. Will not.

I'm going to make an attempt to peruse the friend's list, but if there is something really important or ohmigod awesome fic to be read, please link me so I can get to it.

Sometimes being an adult is no fun at all. How I miss the days of being a kid with no responsibilities.
