Alrighty, one hour left until the weekend. I have a lot of writing to get done this weekend - let's see if I actually do it.

1. Did you really start watching for the plot? Nope. I’ve never watched for plot. What got me to watch the pilot was the promise of hotass Ackles and then the pilot hit my favorite kink in all the world – the I-would-die-for-you-really-close sibling relationship. That’s still why I tune in each week. It doesn’t hurt that occasionally Jensen and Jared go shirtless.

2. If the show focused on two sisters instead of two brothers, would you still watch it? Hhhmmm…maybe, depending on how well they did the close-sibling relationship thing. Though I have to admit, I’m more attached to brother/brother or brother/sister sibling relationships than sister/sister.

3. In what other ways do you think the demon can be killed? Well, if it goes back to before Christianity, then it’s really all about finding out its history. Once you know that, you can find the ways to kill it. Though I have no idea what those methods could be.

4. How well do you think Kripke manages to balance out the scary/action/angst/humor in this series? And what do you think of how he manages to get the viewers to see things from the other perspective?
I think he really does well with mixing the humor and the angst. The only episode that’s scared me is clown one because clowns are freaking EVIL. But otherwise, he never goes overboard on the angst/pain without having Dean there to make a biting comment at points. I love that.
I love that this season we’re getting more of a look that not all supernatural things must be evil and that Sam & Dean, especially Dean, have to reconsider those thoughts they were raised with. I think that’s an interesting perspective to add.

5. Who is your favourite guest star so far? And why?

I loved Jessica. I know she’s on Friday Night Lights kicking ass, but they really need to get that actress back for a few flashback scenes. Because she was really cool from what little we saw her. I also love Jo a whole lot from what we’ve seen of her thus far.
