Polls: Possible challenges

So holiday challenges will be getting underway soon and my mind is always spinning with ideas that I probably should ignore (but never do). So two polls are listed below for interesting in a second year of sn_holidays and maybe doing a swimslash challenge (maybe for holidays?).

I'm hoping to get back to interacting on livejournal and in fandom now that the move is over. There is still a ton of unpacking to do, but things aren't quite as crazy as they've been the past few weeks. And I really need to get back to writing more often than I currently do.

I have to find my camera so I can take some pictures and upload them. But right now it just looks like chaos as we continue to unpack.

I'd love another SN holiday fic exachange, but we've lost a lot of our writers (even more of our writers!!), which is v sad, and I don't know if there are enough people left any more. *woe* But you can pretty much count me in, no matter what.

If we do it, it's nicest (I think) if the stories are spread out in a nutshell over a period of time, posting-wise anyway, though it's probably wise to set a definite cut-off date.

Congratulations on surviving the move! Did the house have any hidden horrors? I hadn't seen this house until we moved, and my first sight of the Comedy Bathroom reduced me to tears.

I guess all we can do is try and see if people want to do it. I had fun last year and it wasn't too bad to organize.

And thanks for the congrats. And yes, definitely some hidden horros. For example, half the outlets don't work, so I have to go around looking for a place to plug my laptop in (which the kitties then think is there for them to play with).

I don't really have a better idea for the swimslash one, more just no preference.

Also congrats on finishing the move. I'm gearing up for my own move, the second this year and there will be a third, this year or early next year. At a certain point I start thinking that it would be easier to just burn all my crap and start over. Packing sucks! A lot.

Packing is horrible. I think we should be able to hire hot boys (like Phelps and Lochte) who come and pack, move us, unpack, all shirtless. Good luck with your moves, darling!

Would the SN one only be for fic? I'm not a writer, but I liked participating last year--and if I had time, I'd def think about it this year, but only if it were more than fic.

I was thinking it could be like last year, where it was more than fic. It's just based really on people wanting graphics (which I would totally want), so yes!
